Blepharoplastik
Mit fortschreitendem Alter und unter dem Einfluss der Schwerkraft kommt es zu einer natürlichen Erschlaffung der Haut. Aus diesen Gründen treten Befunde wie Tränensäcke an den Augenlidern, schlaffe Haut, Verfärbungen, Lockerungen und Falten auf.
Was ist eine Blepharoplastik?
Die Augenlidästhetik oder Blepharoplastik ist eine Anwendung an den oberen und unteren Augenlidern, bei der das Gewebe um die Augen herum gestrafft, schlaffe Haut und überschüssiges Muskelgewebe entfernt werden. Die Blepharoplastik wird von Fachärzten für ästhetische und plastische Chirurgie durchgeführt.
Anzeichen der Hautalterung am Augenlid
Die menschliche Haut hat eine elastische Struktur, aber ihre Elastizität nimmt mit dem Alter allmählich ab. Infolge des Elastizitätsverlustes der Gesichtshaut kommt es zuerst an den Augenlidern zu einem Hautüberschuss. Daher zeigen sich an den Augenlidern die ersten Anzeichen des Alters. Diese Symptome führen zu einem müden, stumpfen und älteren Aussehen.
Einige Veränderungen an den Ober- und Unterlidern, die mit dem Alter auftreten:
- Tränensäcke und Verfärbungen unter den Augen
- Herabhängendes Oberlid
- Falten und Erschlaffung der Augenlidhaut
- Krähenfußfalten in den Augenwinkeln
- Müder Gesichtsausdruck
Bei Menschen, die sich aus ästhetischen oder funktionellen Gründen einer Augenlidoperation unterziehen möchten, kann die Blepharoplastik nur am Oberlid oder am Unterlid oder an beiden zusammen durchgeführt werden.
Die Blepharoplastik wird in der Regel in Kombination mit einem Brauenlifting, Stirnlifting und endoskopischen Eingriffen im Mittelgesicht durchgeführt.
Ästhetische Chirurgie der Augenlider
Wie wird sie durchgeführt?
Bei der Oberlidästhetik oder Schlupflidchirurgie wird überschüssiges Haut- und Muskelgewebe in diesem Bereich entfernt.
Der Schnitt wird von der Lidfalte aus gesetzt, so dass die Operationsnarbe nicht sichtbar ist. Wird der Eingriff zusammen mit einem Stirnlifting oder einem Augenbrauenlifting durchgeführt, ist das Ergebnis wesentlich ästhetischer.
Bei Unterlidproblemen wie Tränensäcken und Unterlidfalten wird eine ästhetische Unterlidkorrektur, d. h. eine Unterlidplastik, durchgeführt. Das untere Augenlid wird durch einen Schnitt 1,5 mm unterhalb der Wimpern korrigiert. Je nach Art der Verformung werden Fettsäcke entfernt, Hernien gestrafft, die Haut vor den Tränensäcken gestrafft oder das Gewebe im Bereich der Tränensäcke in Richtung der oberen Wangenpartie verteilt. Der Schnitt wird im Bereich des Wimpernkranzes vernäht, so dass keine Operationsnarbe zurückbleibt.

Der Eingriff am oberen Augenlid dauert durchschnittlich 30 Minuten.
Die Augenlider sind anatomisch komplexer als andere ästhetische und funktionelle Teile des Gesichts, so dass der Eingriff eine sorgfältige Planung und Operationstechnik erfordert.
Der chirurgische Eingriff an den unteren Augenlidern dauert durchschnittlich 1-1,5 Stunden. Der wichtigste Faktor, der sich auf diese Zeit auswirkt, ist, ob neben dem Augenlid noch andere Eingriffe im Gesicht durchgeführt werden.
Vor der Operation sollte der Patient den Arzt und den Anästhesisten, der die ästhetische Operation durchführen wird, über alle Einzelheiten der Medikamente und den allgemeinen Gesundheitszustand informieren. Die Einnahme von Blutverdünnern, Kräutertees und Fischölen sollte eine Woche vor der Operation eingestellt werden, und es sollten keine speziellen Kräuterkuranwendungen durchgeführt werden. Wie bei allen Operationen wird empfohlen, mindestens eine Woche vor der Blepharoplastik das Rauchen und den Alkoholkonsum einzustellen. Dies ist sehr wichtig, damit der Heilungsprozess schneller verläuft.
Das Ödem, das in den ersten Tagen des Heilungsprozesses auftritt, verschwindet in der Regel am Ende der ersten Woche, und der Patient kann sein normales Leben in der zweiten Woche problemlos fortsetzen.
Bei Operationen an den Augenlidern verbleiben Schnittnarben an der vollen Lidfalte am Oberlid und am Wimpernansatz am Unterlid. Diese Narben werden am Oberlid nach etwa dem 1. Monat unsichtbar und am Unterlid nach dem 2. Monat völlig blass.
Es gibt keine risikofreie Operation, das Risiko hängt mit dem allgemeinen Gesundheitszustand des Patienten zusammen. Zum Beispiel kann Rauchen die Wundheilung beeinträchtigen. Auch frühere Operationen in diesem Bereich oder
Augenliderkrankungen können Ödeme verstärken und die Heilung verzögern.
- Seltene, aber mögliche Erkrankungen;
- Hämorrhagie: Dies ist sehr selten, in einigen Fällen ist ein Eingriff erforderlich.
- Verschwommenes Sehen: Diese Erscheinung kann in den ersten Tagen auftreten und ist nur vorübergehend.
- Mehr Tränen als normal: Ein Zustand, der in den ersten Wochen auftreten kann und vorübergehend ist.
- Schwierigkeiten beim Schließen der Augen im Schlaf: Ein Zustand, der in den ersten Tagen auftreten kann und sich mit dem Abklingen der Schwellung bessert.
Der Hautüberschuss, der sich im Laufe der Zeit an den Augenlidern bildet, führt zu einem Herabhängen der Oberlider. Diese Erschlaffung kann manchmal so stark sein, dass sie das Sehen behindert. In diesem Fall ist auch eine funktionelle Behandlung erforderlich.
Es gibt keine untere oder obere Altersgrenze für Operationen an den Augenlidern. Minimale Verformungen der Augenpartie in jungen Jahren können in der Regel mit nicht-chirurgischen, nicht-operativen ästhetischen Methoden gelöst werden. Mit fortschreitendem Alter oder zunehmender Verformung reichen nicht-chirurgische Eingriffe jedoch nicht mehr aus. In diesem Fall ist die endgültige Lösung die Augenlidchirurgie.
Augenlidoperationen haben in der Regel sehr gute Ergebnisse und die Erholungsphase ist kurz und angenehm. Der Patient kann nach einer Ruhezeit von maximal 3 Tagen zum normalen Leben zurückkehren.
