Блефоропластика
С возрастом и под действием силы тяжести кожа провисает естественным образом. По этим причинам появляются такие признаки, как мешки на веках, дряблость кожи, обесцвечивание, отвисание и морщины.
Что такое блефаропластика?
Эстетика век, или блефаропластика, — это пластика верхних и нижних век, при которой растягиваются ткани вокруг глаз, удаляется обвисшая кожа и избыток мышечной ткани. Блефаропластику выполняют специалисты по эстетической и пластической хирургии.
Симптомы старения век
Кожа человека имеет эластичную структуру, но с возрастом ее эластичность постепенно снижается. В результате потери эластичности кожи лица избыток кожи сначала появляется на веках. Поэтому на веках начинают появляться первые признаки возраста. Эти признаки вызывают усталый, тусклый и постаревший вид.
Некоторые изменения, наблюдаемые на верхних и нижних веках с возрастом:
- Мешки и обесцвечивание под глазами
- Опущение верхнего века
- Морщины и провисание кожи век
- Линии «вороньих лапок» в уголках глаз

Для людей, которые хотят сделать операцию на веках по эстетическим или функциональным причинам, блефаропластика может быть выполнена только на верхнем или нижнем веке, или на обоих вместе.
Блефаропластика обычно проводится в сочетании с подтяжкой бровей, лба и эндоскопическими операциями на средней части лица.
Эстетическая хирургия век Как это делается?
Эстетическая пластика верхнего века или пластика опущенных век — это удаление избытка кожи и мышечной ткани в этой области.
Разрез делается по линии складки века так, чтобы хирургический шрам не был заметен. При совместном применении с операциями по подтяжке лба и бровей полученный результат будет гораздо более эстетичным.
При проблемах с нижним веком, таких как мешки под глазами, морщины под глазами, проводится эстетика нижнего века, то есть нижняя блефаропластика. Коррекция нижнего века проводится через разрез, сделанный на 1,5 мм ниже ресниц. В зависимости от типа деформации удаляются жировые мешки, подтягиваются места грыж, подтягивается кожа перед мешком или ткани в области образования мешков распределяются в сторону верхней части щеки. Разрез зашивается в области линии ресниц, поэтому хирургического шрама не остается.
Часто задаваемые вопросы
Процедура на верхнем веке занимает в среднем 30 минут.
Веки анатомически более сложны, чем другие эстетические и функциональные части лица, поэтому операция требует тщательного планирования и хирургической техники.
Хирургическая процедура на нижних веках занимает в среднем 1-1,5 часа, наиболее важным фактором, влияющим на это время, является то, будут ли выполняться какие-либо другие процедуры на лице помимо века.
Перед операцией пациент должен сообщить врачу и анестезиологу, которые будут проводить пластическую операцию, все подробности об используемых препаратах и общем состоянии здоровья. За неделю до операции следует прекратить прием препаратов, разжижающих кровь, травяных чаев, рыбьего жира, а также не делать специальных травяных аппликаций. Как и при всех операциях, рекомендуется отказаться от курения и употребления алкоголя не менее чем за неделю до операции блефаропластики. Это очень важно для ускорения процесса заживления.
Отек, возникающий в первые дни процесса заживления, обычно проходит в конце первой недели, и больной может легко продолжать свою обычную жизнь уже на второй неделе.
При операциях на веках шрамы разреза остаются на верхнем веке в складке века и на нижнем веке в нижней части ресниц. Эти рубцы не видны на верхнем веке примерно с 1-го месяца, а на нижнем веке они полностью исчезают со 2-го месяца.
Операций без рисков не бывает, соотношение рисков связано с общим состоянием здоровья пациента. Например, курение пациента может отрицательно сказаться на заживлении ран. Или предыдущие операции в этой области или заболевания век могут усилить отек и замедлить заживление.
Хотя редко, ситуации могут возникнуть;
- Кровотечение: в некоторых случаях наблюдается очень редко, необходимо вмешательство.
- Затуманенное зрение: это состояние, которое можно увидеть в первые несколько дней, оно временное.
- Слез больше, чем обычно: это состояние, с которым можно столкнуться в первые несколько недель, это временно.
- Трудности с закрытием глаз во время сна: это состояние, с которым можно столкнуться в первые несколько дней, и оно улучшается по мере уменьшения отека.
Избыток кожи на веках, возникающий со временем, вызывает опущение верхнего века. Эта низость иногда может быть настолько велика, что мешает видеть. В этом случае необходимо относиться к нему с функциональной точки зрения.
Не существует определенного нижнего или верхнего возрастного предела для операций на веках. Минимальные деформации вокруг глаз в раннем возрасте обычно можно устранить с помощью не хирургических, эстетических методов. Однако с возрастом или повышением уровня деформации не хирургические вмешательства становятся недостаточными. В этом случае окончательным решением является операция на веках.
Операции на веках, как правило, дают очень хорошие результаты, а период восстановления короткий и комфортный. Пациент может вернуться к своей обычной жизни после отдыха в течение максимум 3 дней.

After endless research and years of deliberation about whether I even wanted to have rhinoplasty, I decided on Dr. Umut Erdogan. Okay, where do I even start… Dr. Umut Erdoğan and his team are honestly amazing. From the very first consultation, I felt like they really got me and what I wanted. The surgery went super smoothly, but honestly, what’s made me happiest is the aftercare — it’s still amazing even now, 7 months later.
