After endless research and years of deliberation about whether I even wanted to have rhinoplasty, I decided on Dr. Umut Erdogan. I came across him on Instagram and made initial contact via WhatsApp. His incredibly friendly and professional assistant, Aysegül, who was my contact person, answered all my questions, even the silly ones. We discussed the possibilities, the price, and the appointment. Upon arrival, I met the wonderful team, had a detailed consultation about the surgery the next day, and sorted everything out. During this consultation, I received further confirmation that Dr. Umut Erdogan was simply the perfect choice. I felt understood and very well advised. He's a highly competent ENT doctor who is very perfectionistic and has high standards for himself and his work. And on top of that, he's friendly and funny.
