Diese Operationen werden bei Unzufriedenheit mit der Form und Größe des Ohrs und bei starken Asymmetrien zwischen den beiden Ohren durchgeführt. Die Ästhetik des abstehenden Ohrs, die Ohrverkleinerung und die Ästhetik des Ohrläppchens werden häufig angewandt. Ein abstehendes Ohr ist auf einen zu großen Winkel zwischen Kopf und Ohr und eine unzureichende Entwicklung der oberen Ohrfalte zurückzuführen. Es wird empfohlen, das Ohr bereits im Vorschulalter zu operieren, um zu verhindern, dass es im Schulalter verspottet wird, und um sicherzustellen, dass es keine Probleme mit dem Selbstbewusstsein hat. Die Operation kann ein- oder beidseitig durchgeführt werden.
Wie wird die Ohrästhetik durchgeführt?
Die ästhetische Ohrenkorrektur in Antalya wird von einem erfahrenen plastischen Chirurgen in einem voll ausgestatteten Krankenhaus unter OP-Bedingungen und je nach Alter des Patienten unter Vollnarkose oder örtlicher Betäubung durchgeführt. Bei der Operation wird zunächst ein kleiner Einschnitt hinter dem Ohr vorgenommen. Von hier aus werden die Ohrfalten mit chirurgischen Fäden gebildet und das Knorpelgewebe geformt. Wenn das Knorpelgewebe größer ist als es sein sollte, werden die überschüssigen Teile entfernt. Nachdem die endgültige Form gegeben ist, werden die Ohren wieder mit chirurgischen Fäden nach hinten gezogen und an die richtige Stelle verschoben und dort mit ästhetischen Nähten fixiert. Abschließend werden sie bandagiert und gegen äußere Einflüsse abgedeckt.
Die Operation des abstehenden Ohres in Antalya ist in etwa 1-1,5 Stunden abgeschlossen. Nach der Operation wird die Person noch am selben Tag entlassen. Die Verbände werden 3-4 Tage nach der Operation entfernt; da auflösbare Fäden verwendet werden, ist es nicht notwendig, die Fäden zu entfernen. Nach der Entfernung der Verbände kann die Person problemlos in ihr soziales und berufliches Leben zurückkehren, sofern sie nicht einer schweren Arbeit nachgeht. Wie bei jedem chirurgischen Eingriff bleibt auch bei der ästhetischen Ohrenkorrektur eine sehr leichte Narbe zurück. Da diese Narbe jedoch in der natürlichen Falte hinter dem Ohr verbleibt, wird sie von den Menschen überhaupt nicht bemerkt.
Was ist nach einer ästhetischen Ohrenkorrektur in Antalya zu beachten?
Da in den ersten Tagen nach der Operation leichte Schmerzen auftreten, wird empfohlen, sich in dieser Zeit so viel wie möglich zu schonen. Schmerzmittel machen den Prozess angenehmer. Antibiotika sollten gegen mögliche Infektionsrisiken für 1 Woche nach der prominenten Ohr-Operation eingesetzt werden. Die Verbände am Ohr werden 3-4 Tage nach der Operation entfernt. Nach der Entfernung der Verbände kann sich die Person bequem waschen. Das Ödem in den Ohren geht in etwa 1 Woche und 10 Tagen deutlich zurück. Nachdem die Verbände entfernt wurden, muss für 2 Wochen ein Haarband, ein so genanntes Tennisband, getragen werden, um den Knorpel zu fixieren. Danach wird das Band nur noch nachts getragen.
Je länger dieses Band zur Fixierung der Ohren getragen wird, desto erfolgreicher ist die ästhetische Operation am Ohr. Im Allgemeinen wird empfohlen, das Band nachts für 1 Monat nach der Operation zu tragen. Während des gesamten Prozesses sollten Bewegungen wie Anstoßen, Auf- oder Umlegen, Pressen usw. vermieden werden, die die Form des Ohrs verzerren und ein Trauma verursachen.

I have had a really komplex nose. My nose was crooked and also had a bump with a droppy tip. Additionally I seemed to have reacted allergic to something when i was in surgery. But I woke up from anesthesia and was perfectly fine. The surgical team did a great job with handling everything. My nose turned out very good (2,5 months post op) and i am more than happy. The staff (Tugce especially) is very nice and the doctor does a very good job. I would have never thought that I will be this happy with the result. Recommend:)

Ahh, I don't even know where to start... communication with Aysegul was amazing right at the start, even before I booked a deposit. So, so friendly & honestly answered ALL my questions (even the stupid ones!!)
