I have had a really komplex nose. My nose was crooked and also had a bump with a droppy tip. Additionally I seemed to have reacted allergic to something when i was in surgery. But I woke up from anesthesia and was perfectly fine. The surgical team did a great job with handling everything. My nose turned out very good (2,5 months post op) and i am more than happy. The staff (Tugce especially) is very nice and the doctor does a very good job. I would have never thought that I will be this happy with the result. Recommend:)

Today marks exactly 4 months since my surgery with Dr. Umut. I found him after extensive research, and when I went for the initial consultation, I was so impressed by his seriousness and approach to his work that I booked an appointment 4 months in advance. I was extra excited because I was traveling from another city for the surgery. The day before the surgery, when I showed him the nose I liked, he said he could make it even better, and he really did. I'm so happy; he made it so natural and beautiful, it's like I was born with this nose. I want to thank him so much for making my job easier and for creating a nose even better than I wanted. Ms. Tuğçe, his assistant, was so helpful; I'm so glad she's there. The team was really lovely; even the anesthesia nurse spoke to me so warmly and made me feel comfortable. Ahh, I don't even know where to start... communication with Aysegul was amazing right at the start, even before I booked a deposit. So, so friendly & honestly answered ALL my questions (even the stupid ones!!) The lovely driver Adil, who took me to and from the hotel to the doctor, was also very friendly & added to such a wonderful experience! Miss him already 🥹 Dr Umut was 10⭐️ from the start! He was open and honest about what to expect, results, recovery, long term prospects, which reassured me so much as it cemented the fact that he is not a doctor that will agree to do anything outwith safety for money. He was honestly perfect! I do not regret coming to Umut at all 🥹🌸 his communication was great, he & Aysegul explained everything well and reassured me a lot as I was travelling alone. I felt so safe in their company. Currently two months post op and I am still so in love with my results. The difference is like night and day, Umut is a miracle worker 😅❤️ the difference in my breathing is astonishing, I can finally breathe through both nostrils!! I miss everyone in the team so much, the nurses at the hospital were amazing, even through the language barrier - we adapted!!! The nurses were so caring & their bedside manner was impeccable 🥹 really took care of me whilst I felt so vulnerable straight after surgery. My rhinoplasty was about a month ago now and I’m really happy with the results. I can breathe much better and I didn’t have any swelling or pain at all. Everything went very well and smoothly. Dr. Umut Erdoğan listened carefully to my wishes and quickly understood exactly what I wanted.

I had surgery with Dr. Umut on November 24th. It was my first surgery, so I was both very panicked and anxious. I think I was a difficult patient because my questions never stopped, and my anxieties were constant. However, Dr. Umut's assistant, Ms. Tuğçe, answered all my questions sincerely and honestly. My nose started to settle into place day by day, and I started to like it more and more. When I went into surgery, I said, "I'm leaving it up to you." If you're going to have a nose job and you can't decide, you can leave it to Dr. Umut with peace of mind. Ms. Tuğçe played a role as much as Dr. Umut, or even more, in terms of messages, during the surgery, before and after. I want to thank Ms. Tuğçe very much. I've seen a team that does their job so well, and I also thank the other teams. I'm leaving you a big heart after 66 days, feeling happy. I also want to add that I slept very well even on the first day, and I didn't even use painkillers. My post-operative period was also very good, although you don't notice it at the time; you realize it after you've fully recovered. My eyes weren't too bruised, even on the first day, I slept for 2 hours. I had rhinoplasty surgery with Dr. Umut Erdoğan about a week ago, and from the very beginning, I felt I made the right choice. Before the surgery, he patiently listened to all my questions and provided me with detailed and understandable information. After the surgery, he closely followed every stage, which made me feel very safe. Even though only a week has passed since my surgery, I haven't experienced any bruising or swelling, and the process is progressing much more smoothly than I expected. Before, during, and after the surgery, she always helped me quickly, attentively, and sincerely with even the smallest question I had.
