Dr Umut and his assistant Aysegul are by far one of the best medical teams I could ever recommend! I am a very anxious person and Dr Umut has a very reassuring and calm demeanor and his assistant Aysegul is so understanding answering every one of my annoying questions. Even now being over one year post op and she still answers any of my silly questions. Never told me any questions are stupid! She looks after you in the hospital and makes sure you’re okay every step of the way. She never made me feel like I am annoying her which meant the world to me. They actually care about their patients! Which goes a long way, trust me. I am also beyond happy with my results dr Umut has the skills to give you exactly what you ask for it completely changed my face and my confidence. Can’t recommend this dr and his aftercare team enough just on their aftercare alone they stand out for me as the best I’ve received ever. I'm 3 weeks post op I had Rhinoplasty with Dr.umut edrogen and it has been an amazing experience and wish I had done it sooner ! After endless research and years of deliberation about whether I even wanted to have rhinoplasty, I decided on Dr. Umut Erdogan. I came across him on Instagram and made initial contact via WhatsApp. His incredibly friendly and professional assistant, Aysegül, who was my contact person, answered all my questions, even the silly ones. We discussed the possibilities, the price, and the appointment. Upon arrival, I met the wonderful team, had a detailed consultation about the surgery the next day, and sorted everything out. During this consultation, I received further confirmation that Dr. Umut Erdogan was simply the perfect choice. I felt understood and very well advised. He's a highly competent ENT doctor who is very perfectionistic and has high standards for himself and his work. And on top of that, he's friendly and funny. His team is generally very attentive and makes you feel comfortable, and you can tell they want the best for their patients. Upon arrival, I met the lovely team, had a thorough consultation about my surgery the next day, and everything else was taken care of. The surgery went perfectly, the healing process was exactly as described, and the wonderful team alleviated any unfounded fears and panic I had both before and after the procedure. Okay, where do I even start… Dr. Umut Erdoğan and his team are honestly amazing. From the very first consultation, I felt like they really got me and what I wanted. He explained everything without making it scary or overwhelming, which was such a relief. The surgery went super smoothly, but honestly, what’s made me happiest is the aftercare — it’s still amazing even now, 7 months later. Aysegul is honestly an angel like literally the sweetest, always checking in, making sure I’m okay, answering every little question, and just being so caring. And Dr. Umut? Still so kind and approachable — you can tell he genuinely cares about how you’re doing, not just about the surgery itself. The results speak for themselves — my breathing is way better, and my nose looks exactly how I wanted it. My bulbous tip is snatched, natural but Barbie and just feels me. I seriously couldn’t be happier. If you’re thinking about getting a rhinoplasty, you’re in the best hands with them. From start to finish (and even months later!), they’ve been nothing but amazing.
