Das Schönheitsempfinden der Menschen ändert sich ständig. Schönheitstrends wie das Lippenlifting entstehen unter dem Einfluss beliebter Menschen, die im Rampenlicht stehen. Das geht so weit, dass einige Anwendungen mit dem Namen der jeweiligen Berühmtheit identifiziert werden können. In letzter Zeit sind Prominente wie Angelina Jolie und Megan Fox, die durch ihre Schönheit auffallen, die Vorreiter eines neuen Stils beim Lippenlifting. Alle neugierigen Informationen über die Lippenstraffung, die auch als Angel Lip Lifting bekannt ist.
Was ist ein Lippenlifting?
Bei der Lippenstraffung wird der Abstand zwischen Oberlippe und Nase, das so genannte Piltrum, mit einem kleinen Schnitt verkürzt und die Lippen leicht angehoben, wenn der Abstand zwischen Oberlippe und Nase angeboren ist oder sich im Laufe der Zeit allmählich öffnet. Die ideale Länge des Piltrums liegt zwischen 1 und 1,5 cm.
Wie wird eine Lippenlifting-Operation durchgeführt?
Die Lippenlifting-Operation wird unter Vollnarkose oder Sedierung durchgeführt. Es wird ein ausreichender Schnitt knapp unterhalb der Nase gemacht und der verbleibende Bereich wird zugenäht. Diese Methode wird auch als Bullhorn-Lippenlift bezeichnet. Es handelt sich um eine von plastischen Chirurgen häufig angewandte Methode. Sie wurde so genannt, weil die Form des Schnittes einem Stierhorn ähnelt.
Welche anderen Arten der Lippenstraffung gibt es?
Neben der häufig angewandten Bullhorn-Methode werden auch das Gullwing-Lip-Lifting, das Cornered-Lip-Lifting und das Italian-Lip-Lifting bei Lippenstraffungsoperationen eingesetzt.
1. bullhorn Lippenlift
Mit einem hornförmigen Schnitt unter der Nase wird die Oberlippe von der Mitte aus nach oben gehoben. Die Zähne sind leicht sichtbar. Unter der Nase verbleibt eine versteckte Schnittnarbe. Es ist eine effektive Methode für Menschen mit einem langen Piltrum-Bereich.
2. Flügeltür-Lippenlift
Bei dieser Methode wird ein dünner Schnitt knapp oberhalb der Oberlippe gesetzt, um die Lippenrose länger aussehen zu lassen. Die Falten auf der Lippe, die sogenannten Zigarettenfalten, werden entfernt. Sie wird bevorzugt bei Menschen mit dünner Oberlippe angewendet.
3. Eckiges Lippenlifting
Bei der Methode der Lippenstraffung in den Mundwinkeln wird mit zwei kleinen Schnitten an den Mundwinkeln ein lächelndes Aussehen der Lippen erreicht. Sie wird bevorzugt bei Menschen mit altem und traurigem Lippenausdruck eingesetzt.
4. italienisches Lippenlifting
Mit zwei kleinen Schnitten unter beiden Nasenlöchern bleiben weniger Narben zurück als bei der Stierhornmethode. Die Effekte liegen nahe beieinander. Bei der italienischen Lippenlift-Methode werden die beiden oberen Lippenspitzen angehoben, um die Wölbung der Oberlippenbögen zu verstärken. Diese Methode hat kaum Auswirkungen auf die Sichtbarkeit der Zähne.

Der Eingriff zur Lippenstraffung dauert 45 Minuten bis 1 Stunde.
Nach der Lippenstraffung sind die Lippen für immer gestrafft, und da eine Rückkehr nicht möglich ist, sollten mögliche Risiken bei der Entscheidungsfindung gründlich bedacht werden.
Die postoperative Erholungszeit beträgt durchschnittlich 1 Woche. Die Fäden werden innerhalb von 5 Tagen entfernt.
Essen und Trinken sollten 8 Stunden vor der Operation eingestellt werden. Wie bei jeder Operation sollten Alkohol und Rauchen einige Tage vor dem Eingriff eingestellt werden. Die Einnahme von Blutverdünnern wie Aspirin, Iprofen, Vitamin E usw. sollte einige Wochen vor der Operation eingestellt werden.
Nach der Operation sollte 24 Stunden lang Ruhe herrschen. Schwere körperliche Anstrengungen sollten für einige Wochen nach der Operation vermieden werden, und das Rauchen sollte für 3-4 Wochen unterlassen werden. Legen Sie sich nicht mit dem Gesicht nach unten. Der Mund sollte nicht zu weit geöffnet werden, die Zähne sollten vorsichtig mit einer sehr kleinen Bürste geputzt werden. Für die Lippen sollte eine vom Arzt empfohlene leichte Feuchtigkeitscreme verwendet werden.
Wie bei allen chirurgischen Eingriffen kann es auch nach einer Lippenstraffung zu Komplikationen kommen. Es kann zu Schmerzen im Bereich der Lippen und des Mundes kommen. Schwellungen für 3 Tage sind normal. Es können kalte Kompressen und Schmerzmittel verwendet werden. Es kann zu Auswirkungen wie allergischer Empfindlichkeit gegenüber der Narkose, langsamer Wundheilung, Nervenschäden und Blutungen kommen.
Mit zunehmendem Alter wird der Bereich zwischen Oberlippe und Nasenwurzel länger und die Lippen werden dünner. Es ist für Menschen in dieser Situation im fortgeschrittenen Alter geeignet.
Sie eignet sich für Menschen in jungen Jahren, die sich mit dem Aussehen von Lippenfüllern nicht wohlfühlen und die es leid sind, ständig neue Lippenfüller zu verwenden.
Sie eignet sich für diejenigen, die wollen, dass die Oberlippe länger aussieht, anstatt voluminöser zu wirken.
Wenn der Abstand zwischen der Oberlippe und der Nase (Piltrum) nicht zu groß ist (ca. 1,5 cm), sollte eine Hyaluron-Lippenauffüllung oder eine Fettinjektion anstelle eines Lippenliftings in Betracht gezogen werden.
Es ist nicht geeignet für diejenigen, die nicht genug Lust haben, das Rauchen vor und nach der Operation für die Erholung aufzugeben.

Okay, where do I even start… Dr. Umut Erdoğan and his team are honestly amazing. From the very first consultation, I felt like they really got me and what I wanted.
